Increase awareness and interest about Motorway and fight barriers around selling cars narratives.

For many consumers, selling a car can be less attractive and even a dull subject. Motorway is on a mission to change this scenario, by making it easier for audiences to deal with negotiations and unlock new ways to monetise – ultimately having the brand front of mind when it comes to the topic. We’ve partnered with the app to support this purpose and help create awareness and genuine interest in the brand – while also fighting the pre-concepts about the universe of car deals.

Exploring creator-led work as a strategic approach to create educational and awareness opportunities.

Our experts developed a data-driven influencer marketing strategy supported by the narrative “Don’t part exchange and regret it. Motorway it.”, in addition to a paid amplification plan. A selection of mid-tier digital talents on Instagram and TikTok were tasked to engage communities by communicating the app’s features and differentiators through an editorial direction focused on positioning Motorway as the best way to sell cars for more money compared to part exchange. To ensure the messaging would feel attractive and genuine, the strategy combined humour with personal experiences, so content could also generate curiosity and educate audiences to become savvier car sellers.

The influencer marketing campaign drove views and leads to Motorway, addressing full funnel challenges by connecting communities to the brand’s world. Along with key metrics – such as engagement and clicks – the positive sentiment tracked across social platforms sntreghtened brand perception and nurtured a positive association to selling cards as a subject. The relatable stortyelling shared by influencers helped the campaign reach more diverse audiences, empowering Motorway to consider long-term partnerships with creators focused on building a consistent positioning in the industry.
