Encourage public transport, carpooling, or cycling to events or experiences.

Ethical and Sustainable Operations

Integrate sustainability criteria into project planning and delivery.

Donate surplus food, materials, or merchandise where appropriate.

Partner with suppliers who follow ethical and sustainable practices.

Select catering options with plant-based menus and low food waste.

Employee Engagement and Culture

Educate and empower employees to adopt sustainable behaviors at work and at home.

Encourage remote work, green commuting, and flexible schedules to reduce, where possible, environmental impact.

Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace that prioritises wellbeing with various activities throughout the year advocating this.

Diversity & Inclusion

Ensure events or experiences are accessible to all, including people with disabilities.

Represent diversity in promotion, performers and key voices during experiences and campaigns.

Partner with clients to develop solutions that also support their sustainable development goals
