Tapping into the creativity of foodies to get the UK cooking, clicking and considering Deliveroo Groceries.

To amplify the launch of Deliveroo Groceries, we activated our influencers to spread the news on Instagram and TikTok in tandem with a series of seasonal hooks. Creative, binge-worthy content showed a broad UK audience – wannabe foodies and beyond – the true value of Deliveroo’s latest offering.

Increase top of mind awareness and consideration for a new feature, and grow synergies between Deliveroo and its partners.

When Deliveroo launched Groceries, it needed a fame-driving, mass communications campaign to spread the word and increase brand association with the UK’s favourite supermarket brands.

We asked popular influencers to add personal flavour to ingredients sourced from Deliveroo.

Who doesn’t love a recipe video? The influencers we engaged were a diverse bunch of foodies, ranging from the originator of Potato Tok (Poppy O’Toole) to popular savants of sweet and savoury. Each influencer drummed up excitement in their own idiosyncratic way, sending over six thousand wannabe foodies to the app store with easy-to-click stickers, links and discount codes.

Results.

Our influencers over-delivered on all targets and our audience got clicking and cooking.

On-brand content led to just under seven thousand clicks and over 500K Story impressions. A resounding success on all counts, this campaign effectively conveyed just how easy it is to get creative with cooking when ingredients are just a few taps away.
