Our story.

It all began in 2017 when our visionary Founder and President, Maira Genovese, recognised the untapped potential of content creators as the advertisers of the future. From a humble table, scattered with papers and screens in a cozy South London coffee shop, she embarked on a mission to establish the world’s leading influencer marketing agency. And a few years later, we achieved just that.

Since then, a few things have changed. We got bigger, better and smarter – taking what we knew about the flow of culture, creating authenticity and generating impact, to become the integrated agency we are today. The people and brands we work with get access to a global, multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively across five core divisions based out of our London HQ.
