Influencer Marketing Manager.

Job Description

As MG Empower’s Influencer Manager, you will own and execute our strategy for content creators and influencers for our clients, globally.  You’ll be an integral part of the client service & new business team, leading a wide range of brand campaigns. Using your strong analytical skills, you will develop relationships, negotiate with and creatively inspire influencers via well executed campaigns and events. 

You will lead influencer activities related to our campaigns, such as photoshoots, video productions, online content creation and events. You will contribute to the influencer strategy for our clients, recommending objectives, targets, action plan, calendar and budget.  Relationship management with our clients and influencer network and scouting of new upcoming talent.


To be successful in this role we would expect you to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to identify, manage influencers on behalf of our clients and create strategic influencer programs and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to develop on-going KPI’s & success metric which can be communicated precisely to clients
  • Be a social media native with a good understanding of Instagram and other social platforms;
  • 3 years of work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency;
  • Experience with managing influencers desirable;
  • A structured way of working; competencies in planning and organisation & excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks;
  • An eye for quality content & storytelling;
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within team;
